Babbidge is pleased to announce the recent promotion of three employees. Kanu Maheshwari was promoted to Director of Operations and the executive leadership team. Project Manager, Matt DiGiovanni, and Assistant Superintendent, David Vallerie, Jr, were also elevated in the firm.

Since joining Babbidge in 2020 as a project manager, Kanu Maheshwari has quickly climbed the ranks to director of operations. As the firm’s integrator, Kanu has a hands-on role in every aspect of the company. Her focus is on achieving operational efficiencies, meeting company objectives and reaching financial targets. The leadership at Babbidge say Kanu is professional in her communication, tactful with coordination, and has become a humble leader of the operations team.

Matt DiGiovanni started as assistant project manager at Babbidge in 2021. Matt brings his years of experience as a licensed electrician to his project management role. He has proven to be an asset taking on more responsibility as projects progressed. He continues to be innovative with ideas on projects and has embraced new technologies to help elevate the firm.
